What is ItemLogue?
ItemLogue is an inventory and profit tracker for resellers. You scan a receipt or photograph a haul, and it logs every item, splits the costs, watches return deadlines, and works out your real profit when something sells.
Is ItemLogue on iOS and Android?
Yes — ItemLogue is built for both iPhone and Android. Your account and data sync across devices.
Which marketplaces does it work with?
Any of them. ItemLogue tracks what you buy and what you sell regardless of platform — eBay, Poshmark, Depop, Mercari, Vinted, Facebook Marketplace and more. You pick the platform when you record a sale.
How is profit calculated?
When you save a haul, ItemLogue spreads shipping, fees, discounts and tax across the items so each one carries its true cost. When an item sells, it subtracts the platform fee and shipping from the sale price and compares that to the item’s cost. The result is real profit — not a rough guess.
Does it work offline?
You can capture receipts and photos with no connection — they queue on your device and upload once you’re back online. Saving and editing records needs a connection so your data stays consistent everywhere.
What are scan credits?
Reading a receipt or haul photo uses AI, which has a real per-scan cost. Each plan includes a monthly allowance of scan credits. Everything else in ItemLogue — inventory, sales, reports, reminders — is unlimited.
Do I have to pay to use ItemLogue?
No. The Basic plan is free and includes a starter batch of scan credits. Paid plans add more monthly credits and extra features for higher-volume resellers.
What happens to my data if I stop paying?
Nothing is deleted. Your inventory, sales and reports stay, and you keep read-only access plus CSV export. Resubscribe whenever you like and full access returns exactly as you left it.
Can I bring in data from a spreadsheet?
Yes. ItemLogue imports a standard CSV — items and sales — with validation and a preview before anything is saved. If your file needs a hand, support will help you map it.
Can I track personal items too, not just resale stock?
Yes. Items you’re selling from your own closet can be logged as personal — kept separate from your business numbers, with their own liquidation view.
Is my data secure?
Your records are stored on managed cloud infrastructure and scoped to your account — no other user can read them. You can export everything or delete your account at any time.
