A simple bin system for reseller inventory
Finding an item is often slower than listing it. A basic bin system fixes that without buying anything or building a spreadsheet.
Pick a small number of bins
Label each one, "Bin A", "Bin B", or by category, "Shoes", "Electronics". Fewer bins beats a perfect taxonomy you won’t maintain.
Tag it the moment it goes in
Not "later." Later is where bin systems die, one item at a time, until nothing matches its label.
Reuse the same idea beyond bins
Season, source, condition, whatever you want to filter by later works the same way, a label you can search on.
