No. Basic is free: unlimited manual item entry, and full inventory, sales, reports, insights and reminders. It also gets a fresh batch of scans every month, covering receipts, haul photos and imported screenshots. Hit that limit and nothing breaks: everything else keeps working, you can still add items by hand, and profit still lands the moment something sells. Pro removes the scan limit for active resellers and adds CSV import and the year-end accountant pack. Both cover normal reselling use; fair-usage limits apply to automated or very high-volume activity, scanned or manual.

Nothing is deleted. Your inventory, sales and reports stay, and you keep read-only access plus CSV export. Resubscribe whenever you like and full access returns exactly as you left it.

You can capture receipts and photos with no connection. They queue on your device and upload once you’re back online. Saving and editing records needs a connection so your data stays consistent everywhere.

You choose at save time. A “Show in Hauls tab” toggle on the review screen lets you keep the group as one haul, the default when several items come from one photo or receipt, or switch to “Items only” so each item saves as its own standalone entry instead. Either way the cost split stays linked: shipping, fees and tax still divide across the same items. The toggle only changes whether you see one haul tile or several separate items in your lists. A single-item capture defaults the other way, saved standalone since a haul of one item doesn’t need its own tile, but you can flip that too.

No, not unless you want to. A haul photo has no price tag to read, so ItemLogue defaults a multi-item pull into Bulk price mode: type one lot total, say $80, and it splits evenly across every item by unit. Bought a mixed lot where items are worth different amounts? Turn Bulk price off and each item gets its own editable cost field, pre-filled with its share of the even split, ready to adjust instead of typing from scratch. A receipt scan skips all this, since each line already carries its own printed price.

Yes. Set a return window when you log a haul, and ItemLogue counts it down on the item and sends a push before it closes, so you never get stuck with something you could have returned. Retail buys prefill a default window; thrift and marketplace buys start blank.

Long-press any item in the Inventory list to enter selection mode, then tap more items to add them. An action bar appears at the bottom for selling, tagging, changing condition, listing, printing QR labels or deleting every selected item at once. This works on Inventory and Personal only, not Expenses.

Yes. Items you’re selling from your own closet can be logged as personal, kept separate from your business numbers and given their own sales view.

Fastest is to search by name. If you’re scrolling instead, mind the sort. Tabs default to “Last updated,” so anything you just touched is at the top, but switch to “Date” and a back-dated sale or an older buy drops to its own date, not the top. You can also filter by status or return window. One catch on the Sell tab: the “Recent (30 days)” filter hides sales dated over 30 days ago, even one you entered today. Clear it to see them.

Yes. ItemLogue prints QR labels for your items and storage bins. Pick the paper and grid, then print and cut. Scan an item’s label to open its detail, or scan a bin’s label to see everything stored inside it. It also reads a product’s own barcode if you’ve linked one. Turns a wall of bins into something you can search from your phone.

Swipe an expense left in your All Expenses list to delete it instantly, with an undo option if you swipe the wrong one. Tap the row instead to edit it. There’s no bulk delete for expenses. That’s on purpose: an expense doesn’t touch your inventory or profit numbers, so removing one is low stakes. Inventory works differently, since sales and profit can be tied to an item, so that list uses a more deliberate long-press-to-select flow.

Where a platform offers a native connection, we’re working on pulling your sales in automatically. eBay, Etsy and Shopify are the ones on our list. Everywhere else, recording a sale is a few taps: pick the item, enter what it sold for, and watch the profit land. That part never gets old. Want a platform prioritized? Long-press the sale card in Sell → History and pick Edit sale or Delete sale from the sheet that opens. Edit lets you fix the price, fee, shipping or notes. Delete confirms first, since removing a sale changes your recorded profit.

One buyer, several items, one sale price: pick all the items from that sale, enter what you got for the bundle plus any fee or shipping, and ItemLogue splits it across the items in proportion to what each one cost you, so profit comes out accurate instead of an even guess. Sell 3 items for $45 total and each still ends up with its own real number, not a flat third of $45 each.

When you mark an item listed on more than one platform and it sells on one, ItemLogue reminds you to pull the other listings down, so you don’t sell it twice and eat a cancellation.

When you save a haul, ItemLogue spreads shipping, fees, discounts and tax across the items so each one carries its true cost. When an item sells, it subtracts the platform fee and shipping from the sale price and compares that to the item’s cost. The result is real profit, not a rough guess.

Yes. ItemLogue imports a standard CSV of items and sales, with validation and a preview before anything is saved. If your file needs a hand, support will help you map it.

Your records are stored on managed cloud infrastructure and scoped to your account, so no other user can read them. You can export everything or delete your account at any time.

Open the app and go to Settings → Account → Delete account, then type DELETE to confirm. Your access ends immediately and your data is marked for deletion. No longer have the app installed?
